I approach creativity as a visionary mission and a sacred act. Artists tap into the collective consciousness and create physical objects and experiences that were not there before, and which remind us of our shared belonging.

HERE’S HOW I SEE IT:
BODY - MIND - SPIRIT
Western philosophy, the structures of Capitalism, and the nature of trauma often fragment our minds from our bodies, and in some cases deny or obscure the spirit. I view these as concentric forces that create and inform one another.
This way of looking at reality is closer to our lived experience as individuals, part of the larger human organism, within the biosphere and the universe.
ALL LIFE IS RELATIONSHIP
Our modern lives and its fragmenting force, often asks us to prioritize Individuality above all else. I consider a more expanded view of our relationship, with its corresponding needs and responsibilites.
When we see ourselves in relation to others, we see our common bonds. When we see ourselves in relation to the world, we can think beyond time to include more in our view, which expands our sense of belonging.
THE PATH OF PERSONAL GROWTH
I’ve developed an artistic and coaching philosophy through my healing journey, experiences, and studies throughout the years. This is my guiding principle, and what I help clients to develop for themselves.
I consider SELF-KNOWLEDGE as central to personal development. With deep awareness of our habits and patterns, we gain access to a more sustainable practice of SELF-LOVE.
When we can love ourselves wholeheartedly, it becomes easier, more joyful, and purposeful to EXPRESS OURSELVES authentically in the world.
